We clean houses, driveways and decks. We are not an advertising company. This site collects very little, keeps it for a short time, and none of it is sold to anyone.

When you use this site, it receives the ordinary information any website receives: which pages you looked at, roughly how long you spent, the site or search that sent you, general details about your browser and device, and the approximate area your connection comes from — the city or region, never a street address.

There is no form on this site and no email address. The only way to get in touch is by phone, so nothing you type is collected here.

We also receive your IP address, which every website and app on the internet necessarily receives in order to send a page back to you.

An IP address is not a name. It is closer to a return address for the network you are connected to.

It is kept for 28 days, and the reason is security. Small business websites are a constant target for automated abuse — scrapers, bots and junk traffic. A short window of addresses is how that pattern gets recognized and stopped.

During that window it also helps tell devices apart, so that someone looking at the site on a phone and then on a laptop is not counted as two unrelated strangers.

After 28 days the address is deleted. What remains is counting information that is not tied back to you.

This site may use a small number of first-party cookies — set by this site, for this site — to understand how it is used. There are no advertising cookies and no ad networks here.

Analytics are how we see which pages are useful and which are not. They are measured by our own software on our own servers, and are not used to build an advertising profile of you.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not capture the contents of your screen.

General usage statistics: longer, because comparing this spring to last spring is genuinely useful to a seasonal business. That information is not linked to you by name or address.

You can ask what we have about you, and you can ask for it to be deleted. Call and it will be taken care of. Given how little is kept and how briefly, the honest answer is often that there is nothing left to find.

Most browsers also let you clear or block cookies for a site, which this site will respect.
